Would you like to learn how to build websites, but don’t know where to start? Are you excited about programming but are not sure how to begin your journey?
Join us and 40 fellow learners on Friday 17th and Saturday 18th March 2017 for a free two-day workshop in Canary Wharf, London. We'll learn how to program in Python and build our own website with Django!
You don’t need to know anything about programming, we just expect you to bring your own laptop, to be able to commit the evening of Friday 17th March and all-day Saturday 18th March and to have a sufficient understanding of English so you’re able to follow our English tutorial.
You will work through the tutorial in a small group of four attendees and one coach so you’ll be able to do it at your own pace.

19:00 - Installation party: Install required software on your laptop
20:30 - Have some drinks and get to know everybody

13:00 - Lunch & lightning talks

18:00 - Wrap up
Do I need to know anything about websites or programming?
No! Workshops are for beginners. You don’t need to know anything about it. However, if you have a little bit of technical knowledge (i.e. you know what HTML or CSS are) you can still apply!
I'm not living in London, can I attend?
Of course! If you can get yourself to London, you should apply.
Should I bring my own laptop?
Yes. We have no hardware, so we expect you to bring your computer with you. It's also important to us that you take home everything you’ve written and created during the workshops.
Do I need to have something installed on my laptop?
We will install everything together at the installation party on the Friday evening before the workshop.
Is food provided?
Yes. Thanks to our amazing sponsors, breakfast, snacks and lunch will be served during the workshops.
Why are you doing this?
Programming is a fun and creative activity and we want to make sure everyone interested in technology has a chance to participate!
Coaching applications are now closed! Thank you to everyone who applied!
